Casa D'Artista - Art Experience - Metro M1- AC- WiFi

This is a great place to stay! I would equate this place to a JR Executive suite you would usually only get to stay in if your corporate card is paying for it. It is also fully live able. So, whether short or long term, I recommend Casa d'Artista. If you are under 30, and or on a budget, this neighborhood has a hopping corner bar with Kebab next door and lots of young people gathered. If you are north of 30 and/or more refined in your taste, there are multiple schmancy ristorante within a few minutes' walk. The Central station is 10ish minutes on foot, M1 is 5, and there is a Tram stop right out the door. The art is quality and impressive in its realism (even though fantastical subject matter in some cases). Definitely gives a vibe! Plenty of Foccacieria, Pastaccieria, and convenience stores (open very late) nearby. The host is highly communicative and responsive. Oh, and someone left Ice in the Freezer, whoever you are, Thank YOU!

The only thing I found less than perfect was the shower door. Unfortunately, the installation of the shower door is a few millimeters shy of letting it retract fully. I am 1.80 m and 106 kilos. If you are much heavier in the pancia than me, you might have to suck it in to get in the shower.

E' la prima volta che mi capita di alloggiare in un appartamento di questo genere, sembra di essere in un museo! Per chi come me è appassionato d'arte questo luogo è l'ideale. La zona è tranquillissima, la posizione è ottima, vicino ci sono tanti esercizi commerciali, la fermata del bus sotto casa, la metropolitana a pochi passi così come la stazione centrale. Il check-in è autonomo e molto semplice. La casa è pulita, davvero ben attrezzata, gli arredi sono nuovissimi e il connubio tra moderno e struttura antica è molto particolare. Sia il letto che il divano sono molto comodi. Ci sono l'asciugacapelli, la macchinetta del caffè e la tv in camera con i servizi streaming. C'è anche l'ascensore. Vivamente consigliato!
