The unit was excellent once we found it. Good size. Great pool.

We had difficulty finding the unit. The directions were poor, as they didn't specify the building number - "C"- since there are multiple buildings in the area. It was fortunate that we found a knowledgeable security guard who assisted us in contacting a cleaner, who in turn directed us to the correct building. Once there, we discovered that the security box was unlocked, but the key safe was empty, with no key inside. That was sorted by the cleaner, giving us the spare card. Made it to the unit and found that it hadn't been cleaned. Fortunately, the cleaner was with us, so he was able to do a quick and neat clean. Once in everything else was great.

Cutlery was a bit sparse. Not sure why. Really wouldn’t be able to cook a decent meal. We arrived at the property by taxi and while we were dropped off at the correct location the directions to the correct tower were lacking both in the site and on the app. We eventually found a security person who helped us find a cleaner who directed us to the correct tower but once there we found that the key lock had not been returned and the actual lock was open. Luckily the cleaner had a spare swipe card to use. Then got to the room and found it had not been cleaned even though we were on time and the cleaner was rather surprised. So he did a quick clean and tidy unit was left in a reasonable condition. Overall if there wasn’t a person who understood us we would have been in a bit trouble. Communication wasn’t the best.
