The apartment is new and spacious, in a great location. Despite being right in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet, no loud church bells in the morning. The place was clean, and communication with the owner was prompt and efficient.

The apartment seems to have been finished rather quickly and on a tight budget. It gives the impression that the owner may have been more focused on making a quick profit than investing additional effort. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment, which is a real shame given how spacious the apartment is. The shower was cheaply installed, with doors that didn’t close properly and water that continued leaking for hours afterward, covering most of the bathroom floor. There was nowhere to hang towels, and there were no basic toiletries like shampoo or shower gel provided, which should be the bare minimum. Attention to detail is clearly lacking. No instructions for the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t very reliable anyway. There’s barely any furniture, so everything ends up on the floor. The curtains are torn because they’re impossible to open or close properly. The kitchen would benefit from additional utensils, and it lacked basic essentials such as sugar, salt, coffee, and tea. To top it off, the dishwasher didn’t seem to work properly either.
