L’appartamento è decisamente bello, l’esposizione al sole molto buona, le dotazioni in cucina ottime, fornito di elettrodomestici utili, arredamento casa e balcone ottimi
Nei giorni in cui siamo stati faceva molto caldo e l’appartamento non è dotato di aria condizionata, quindi abbiamo sofferto un po’ soprattutto alla sera perché esposto al sole dal tardo pomeriggio. Il garage molto stretto. E poi necessario avere con sé sempre chiavi e badge altrimenti non riesci ad entrare ed uscire da ogni portoncino, piscina, garage. Bello per la sicurezza ma un po impegnativo se non hai un numero di chiavi per tutti

Le confort général de l'appartement, les équipements et la proximité avec la mer et Saint Raphael
La literie de la chambre d'enfants qui est catastrophique. Les lattes des sommiers qui tombent des qu'on s'assoit sur le lit et des matelas ultra mous et inconfortables. Il faudrait aussi un badge pour ouvrir le garage.
