The Colony Infinitum By Couple Stay

It was a very nice apartment , I got a two-floors apartment for a great price with a view of the towers, a very beautiful view. Everywhere was clean, no bad smells. The bed linen is clean, the bed is very comfortable, speed wi-fi. There is everything for convenience, two clean towels, shower gel, there are enough stuff in the kitchen for cooking and even a sponge and dishwashing detergent . I had a very late check-in, but the staff was in touch and there were no problems with check-in. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 MYR is charged, which is returned upon check-out

I liked everything, but in the morning there was an unexpected situation that in the morning during the check- out no one was at the registration desk, it was 9 am. When I called the landlord (who is always in touch), he said that the staff starts work at 11 a.m. I explained that I have a flight , that I urgently need to check- out and take back my deposit. The landlord solved this problem within 15 minutes, called the staff, who returned the deposit and took the keys. Therefore, if you have an early flight or you need to check out early in the morning, I think it is better to warn the staff in advance so that you do not waste your time waiting and solving this situation
