Staff were amzing especially Charles, Pardon and Eva at the Restaurant and Leona in housekeeping. Thank you so much guys for looking after me, your warm hospitality made my stay very special.

Loved the various types of game drives (Sunset, Sunrise, Bush Walk, etc) Rangers were very knowledgeable and good craic Viewing the animals up close was magical

Early mornings (ie 5.30am) lol . Didn't know such a time existed!

Very friendly & helpful housekeeper who accommodated all our requests. Bedroom & bathroom were both spacious & comfortable. Small swimming pool but moré than adequate to cool off. Thé breakfast was plentiful though only instant coffee provided. If you want to get away from all the market stalls & tourists, this would be a good choice as it is some way out of the centre.

The whole property is dated: needs sprucing up. Thé service in the restaurant on the one evening we ate there was very slow: we ordered our meal & were then advised to go back to our room & they would send someone to fetch us when the meal was ready: it took a good hour, & we had only ordered a steak & à pasta! The hotel is quite a way out of town:it’s a 30 minute walk but also a short taxi ride, if you want to eat somewhere else. Not much else around close to the hotel though we did notice on a walk around the area that there were a couple of up-market lodges nearby which might be a better option to drop in for a drink or a meal. Overall for the price we paid, we didn’t think it was great value
