Victoria Falls Premier Lodge

Good location mostly a good place

Too many flies initially in the room. They were somewhat reduced later by fumigation but still the property needs to do better in future

I did not have breakfast...rarely do.

There were no hangers in the wardrobe.

The staff are unbeatable! Kennedy is the most helpful person I’ve met, super kind & a legend! Blessing, Charles and Isaiah in the restaurant are friendly, fun and awesome, and Ntokozo is the best guide!

The pool had good size but so high turbidity that i could not see the wall during swimming

The hotel takes a 3% fee for cc payments which is not approriate and not stated in the hotel description. Therefore i paid in cash but they had no change. This happenend also to another couple. They even did not get back the full amount of change. When they wanted to leave to the airport the hotel could not provide a receipt for their cash payment. How is that possible. One day we did not coffee for berakfast since they have only one coffer plunger. Breakfast without coffee is a no go for me. Two days also no hot water in the morning. And the weather there can be cold. There was no tea on the room. Only instant coffee. They offer tours but the same tours are less expensive in nearby travel agents
