Victoria Falls Premier Lodge

The venue is very silent and peaceful The swimming pool is clean, surrounded with sunbeds The bed is huge and very comfortable with a choice of two pillows Great water pressure in the shower The massages are good The staff is very kind and sweet, they do everything to make your stay enjoyable Breakfast is nice Wifi is good too

Nice room. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. Overall a reasonable option. We stayed here for 3 nights, which is a perfect time to see the Falls from both sides and to do a day Safari at Chobe (in Botswana).

Located far from main area and attractions. Quite expensive for what it offers, but it’s probably worth it, compared to other accommodations in Victoria Falls.

Staffs were very friendly.

WiFi is not good enough.

The room had a queen bed and separate sitting area as shown in their photos. The a/c and wifi were excellent. There were multiple channels available to watch on the tv. There was a built-in US converter plug on the wall above the desk that was convenient. Bottled water was provided in the room. Breakfast was included in our room cost. They had pancakes, toast, yogurt, local breakfast items, cereal, and eggs and omelettes to order. The service was excellent. One of the staff Denzel made an extra effort to take care of us during our stay. They also provided a bag of breakfast items for us one morning when we left before the restaurant opened.

There was a full size refrigerator in the room that did not work. The bathroom and shower had no shelves for putting items. The small sink had separate faucets for hot and cold water so it made cleaning up difficult. The lamps on the bed side tables did not work.
