The Marker - Trendy Executive CBD Apt with parking

We had a great stay, good space, comfortable, clean, all new equipment and functional. There is a Aldi just outside and good breakfast options 2 blocks from the apartment. All good and easy to recommend.

Mattresses were fairly comfy. Bed linen was all clean and plenty of towels provided. Enough space for 4 guests. Nice quiet building & easy to get in and out of. Free parking was provided although we didn't use. Had a small balcony area but view was average.

Furniture is so outdated and old, needs a serious refresh so uncomfortable. Pillows were absolutely shocking, the cheapest they could find. Pans in the kitchen were old and rusty. Very minimal dry goods, could have provided small items such as salt and pepper. Location was not that great, no tram lines directly accessible from apartment & have to walk a fair way. Whole apartment is very aged and not well taken care of.
