Una ubicación muy tranquila, prácticamente siempre se podía aparcar en la puerta. A 10 minutos de la playa, y varios restaurantes y tiendas cerca
Las escaleras de entrada, te echaban para atrás al subir. El tendedero necesita ser cambiado, el desagüe de los aires acondicionados

Está a 10 o 12’ caminando a la playa y paseo.
La falta de limpieza en el apartamento fue un gran inconveniente para mí y mi madre. El aire acondicionado, que supuestamente era controlado por domótica, resultó ser un problema debido a su funcionamiento intermitente y ruidoso. Además, la entrada estrecha y las escaleras empinadas planteaban un desafío adicional. A pesar de que el apartamento parecía recién reformado, la limpieza y el mantenimiento regular brillaban por su ausencia.
