Keskeinen sijainti, tilava, kodikas sisustus, riittävästi vaatekaappeja ja astioita keittiössä, isot ikkunat, valoisa. Plussaa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.
Asunto oli kulunut ja kaipaisi remonttia, erityisesti keittiön kalusteet. Yksi ovi keittiönkaapeista puuttui kokonaan ja jalkalistat irtoilivat.

Appartamento molto bello e funzionale, in una bella zona vicina al centro e a tutti i servizi.
Praticamente nulla, tutto ok. Ad essere proprio pignoli suggerirei a Paul: 1) Sistemare meglio il raccordo del doccino al tubo dell'acqua, 2) Mettere delle sedie meno traballanti (specie per me che ho un certo peso..) sul balconcino. 3) Aggiungere nelle dotazioni della cucina tovagliette da colazione.
