The room,facilities and premises are decently maintained ..

The access /approach road and surrounding....
This needs a thorough cleaning and upgradation.....
The garbage dumped out side the premises along the approach road casts a very negative impression while accessing the property ....
Allso this attracts stray dogs,rodent and foul smell........
Towel and toiletries not provided.....
Buckets and cups need to be cleaned regularly / replaced due to hard water deposits ....

Little bit expensive for the stay but is a decent one in this Avadi locality .Booked this place to one of my client on their business visit. New building & Kitchen is a plus. Have washing machine service. Comfortable rooms.

Avoid night time check-in as the roads leading to guest house is pitch dark, lonely & felt unsafe.

Well ventilated with free space around, natural light and breeze, well designed for a small group, washing facility, kitchen with gas stove, spacious living bedroom and bath room with luxurious fittings. It was a home away from home for me and my mother.Helpful hosts 👍
Entrance to the property is through a narrow road though it's close to a main road connecting major places.
