Apartamento Bell Raco

Расположение отличное, близко хороший пляж, остановка, продуктовый минимаркет. Вид из окна, большой балкон. 2 санузла, 3 отдельных спальни, много посуды. Чистое постельное белье (замена раз в неделю).

Уставший ремонт, слабый сигнал wi-fi, нет одноразовых тапочек, нет полотенец для лица (только банные), нет ковриков в туалете, не было мыла. Кондиционер только в гостиной, а в спальнях нет.

Issues with the flat Bell Raco stayed 14-19 August Key collection from a remote location, agent refused to meet at the apartment despite repeated requests, my wife was travelling with 2 children and luggage, wasted time and taxi fare. The accommodation Patio doors difficult to use, had to apply full body weight to open/close, lack of maintenance, didn’t lock so no security/peace of mind. Bedrooms - Furniture damaged, sharp edges, lack of maintenance. Bathroom - one toilet not flushing, no soap or spare toilet paper provided. This was reported to the agent on day 2 of the stay and nothing was done to remedy the faults. Dining room - chairs were broken, sharp edges, health and safety issues. Reported the broken chairs and toilet at 09’21 on day 2, gave permission for maintenance to attend but nothing was remedied. Internet very slow like dial up, ie useless. Outside the apartment - There was loud noise and shouting from another apartment until 02’30 am on day 1. We were kept awake at night. Again i raised this issue with the agent and there was no follow up. At night the lobby and common areas were unlit. Further points to consider The photos in the advert are misleading as they are not of the property being advertised, breach of Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008) Sale of Goods Act (1979) Issues with Booking.com Officious, time consuming paperwork at each check in, why doesn’t Booking.com share client information? Security deposit not mentioned at time of booking, people are on a budget.
