I really liked this place and the attitude of the owners. From the first minute we felt very welcomed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The beach is within walking distance. You can take the ferry to Rogoznica for only 4 euros per person to enjoy the waterfront and have dinner in a restaurant of your choice. And what a view from the apartment😍.
It's not really about the property, but the lack of bins on the beach. Several times I picked up rubbish from the sea and collected it in a bag to throw it away.

Wir hatten das Penthouse mit 2 Schlafzimmern. In allen 3 Etagen gibt es einen Balkon mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und die Aussicht ist fantastisch.
Das Haus ist neu, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küche ist bestens bestückt, die zwei Bäder sind großzügig.
Ein Highlight ist der "Sportbereich" im Dachgeschoss. Hier kann man sowohl etwas für seine Fitness tun (es gibt ein paar Hanteln, Matten, Seile etc.) als auch in den Hängesesseln relaxen und aufs Meer schauen.
Dieses Appartement hätte auch locker Platz für zwei Paare.
Zum Meer (mit Badestellen) sind es weniger als 100 m abwärts. Das Wasser war klar und "angenehm temperiert" (Anfang Oktober).
Es gab nichts zu meckern.

Es war einfach unglaublich schön! Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität! Zum Meer waren es nur ein paar Schritte! Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die Ruhe und doch nah an allem was man braucht! Wir wohnten in der Penthousewohnung und hatten einen fantastischen Ausblick, und sensationellen Sonnenuntergang! Der Vermieter war supernett, und der Kontkat mit den Infos war sehr sehr professionell! Wir haben gleich vor Ort, die Wohnung für das nächste Jahr gebucht!

Sehr gute, schnelle und hilfreiche Kommunikation. Ausstattung wunderbar, für alles gesorgt. Großzüges Appartement , sehr sauber. Klimatisierung sehr gut. Ruhig und erholsam. Parkplatz am Haus. Herrlicher Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht. Meer in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Anfahrtsbeschreibung per Video könnte durch Satelliten Foto mit Markierung ergänzt werden.
