Galing Place - Close to CBD, Pet Friendly

The house was very clean and comfortable and had all of the necessary things one needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and bed linen were excellent - white linen an excellent choice. All the appliances were different (obviously) to those of home, and eventually were sorted out (a copy of the appliance's manuals would have been a useful addition). For anyone staying for an extended period, practically everything one would need was there. The location was good - not far from the main shopping centre of the city (needed car for elderly like ourselves).

After a gruelling 12 hour road trip we arrived at around 7pm to find the key code provided was wrong and the telephone number for resolving problems was also wrong (non existent). This was extremely frustrating. Only the support of someone who had experience in these matters enabled us to get into the house and get rested at about 11pm. Very, very poor communication on your part. Details of the emails with the incorrect and useless numbers can be provide. There was no external bins for household waste or recyclables.

It was perfect! Couldn’t be any better! Felt just like home
