There were 3 minor issues that need attention. The washing machine drains but will not spin. The ice maker is pretty much useless. And the most chaotic shower I have ever experienced. First good pressure and hot water. Then NO PRESSURE or hot water. Later back to full pressure. I have no idea how you would correct this but it was not pleasant.
