The apartment was better than we expected from what we saw on the pictures. Great location. We didnt want to leave and even could imagine us living there. Would definitely recommend.

the modern look and cleanliness of the apartment the location and the sea view
the general cleanliness of the main building and areas the walls are dirty and need painting the windows are dirty also covered in muck the carpet is taped together with black tape and missing in some areas the building in general looks unkept.There was scaffolding up outside the windows and balcony the birds nest in the roof on the balcony not enough parking permits supplied which cost me another 25 pound to park for the remainder of my stay

Very clean, good location, spacious & quality furnishings.
Balcony & communal areas were tired & needed TLC . problem with parking permit resulted in a fine .
