The access to the pool, the comfort in the pool bar.

There was no water for a very long period of time. Also, another issue with the water was that it wasn't working properly (hot, cold, hot, impossible to maintain flow. The Access to the building is dangerous by foot. There is no sidewalk,.just route very transit at high speed. No light. The cleaning wasn't good. The sheets cover were dirty, hairs everywhere, and the only 2 towels they provide were smelling weird (like not clean, like wet dirty and sun dry after). That's why we had to request 2 extra towels saying we're for the pool. The facilities of the unit were not accessible or comfortable. Nothing to hang towels, nothing to receive you comfortably (tea, coffee, sugar). The kitchen sink was impossible to use (such a long tap that will wet all the kitchen, unbelievable). A lot of cabinets but useless. One more thing: this is a building.. Residential. The staff of the building is very polite but they don't have nothing to do with you and the unit. The unit is like an AirBnb rental. Some people manage the place and that's it. So, everything you need you have to deal with a WhatsApp group where no-one is responsible for nothing, and they catch up messages eventually. Very disappointed experience, very expensive compared to another hotel (proper hotel). Also, breakfast is not included of course. There is a restaurant and they seem you a buffet type (very good),.for 350 baht.
