+ samostatný apartmán v 1. patře, hostitel velmi vstřícný Francesco bydlí v přízemí. Po našem příjezdu nám hostitel fyzicky předal apartmán, po celou dobu pobytu nás detailně informoval o zajímavých místech v Cecině a okolí, místních restauracích, dokonce nám nabízel domací vajíčka - velice pozorný, váží si svých hostů
+ Francesco nám připravil na přivítání dárek - láhev vína, dostatek vod, džus v lednici
+ ubytování velké, prostorné a čisté (2x pokoj na spaní, 2 samostatné koupelny s 2 sprchovými kouty a vanou, 2 samostatné toalety)
+ vedle apartmánu 24/7 dostupná samoobslužná čerpací stanice IP
+ stabilní internetové připojení
+ kuchyně kompletně vybavená od kapslí do kávovaru Dolce Gusto, přes čaj, cukr až po prostředek na mytí nádobí
+ koupelna kompletně vybavená včetně sprchových gelů, šampónu
+ dostupná zahrada dole s posezením a grilem s možností uzavřeného parkování auta, velká terasa nahoře u apartmánu

- k pláži je to zhruba 3km nutno jezdit autem, Francesco nám doporučil parkování vedle pláže takže nebyl problém

We arrived and got the keys without wasting time on any formalities. Everything was just the same simple when leaving! The owner told us briefly only the most important things. He also shared with us information about the sights nearby, for which we thank him separately! The house is almost fully equipped: there is a kitchen with all the necessary utensils so that families with small children can cook food to their taste! Also, two bathrooms will save time if you have a large family! The house is equipped with air conditioners, which will allow you to feel comfortable on hot summer days and sleep comfortably at night! There is a place for a car in the yard, as well as the opportunity to spend time cooking barbecue in the shade! The house is located not so far from shops and restaurants (2-3 km). There is also a water park nearby. The beach with free parking on weekdays (on weekends - 3.5 euros for half a day) is 3 km away. A more suitable beach with white sand for families with small children (the water depth is safe for children!) is 7 km away towards Vada. There is also a parking lot with reasonable price, but you will have to walk a bit to the beach! Overall, we were pleased with the owner and his hospitality. Considering all the conditions, we consider the rent very affordable. We recommend this house to all families with children!
