The location of this property is perfect. It’s across the road from the beach and a short stroll to the shops.
There’s no aircon in the rooms and they can get a little stuffy. There are ceiling fans.

Close to shopping precinct, beach & Surf Club where upstairs they have breakfast, lunch & dinner.
On arrival the building is not accessible from Goodwin Terrace, entrance is on Gold Coast Hwy. Curtain in main bedroom is ridiculous & there are few other minor problems throughout the property which if everything was changed, would not cost the caretakers/owners much at all.

The location was great and the beds were comfy.
The whole place felt like it needed a good clean. Lots of things were falling apart. The decor was dated.
