De la part de notre hôte, des contacts préalables à notre séjour pour préparer notre arrivée avec toutes les informations nécessaires. Un accueil, on ne peut plus agréable, comme nous n'en n'avons jamais connu au cours de nos diverses expériences de location. Une écoute sur nos besoins et beaucoup d'attention à nos demandes avec des réponses rapides. Un cadre exceptionnel. Un équipement plus que parfait et très propre. Nous encourageons les propriétaires à poursuivre leur projet. Merci beaucoup, Julie.
RAS. Nous ne pouvons pas trouver le moindre point qui puisse être indiqué dans cette rubrique. Tout était parfait et préparé avec beaucoup de soin. Il n'est pas possible d'être déçu en réservant le Château de Ste Radegonde.

La demeure est très belle, confortable, et le site est exceptionnel : au calme, joli parc, vue grandiose sur la Loire. Les prestations sont parfaites : literie très confortable, équipement culinaire et électroménager très complets, matériels mis à disposition tels que billard, jeux de société, ping-pong. Et l'accueil de Julie est chaleureux, attentif, amical; on se sent chez soi. Notre groupe (réunion annuelle de 7 couples amis retraités) a unanimement aimé le séjour.
