The apartment is cosy. It is new, lovely, clean. We were the first visitors here. There is a new well equipped kitchen with the dishwasher, enough plates and glasses of different types and sizes, and other useful stuff. The knives are sharp :) There is a new super comfortable sofa in the kitchen - living room area with large tv so the space is perfect for relax. :) Big plus is a washing machine and several option where to hang the wetsuit. Iron, ironing board and a generous wardrobes and shelves provide very good comfort as well. Other plus is spacious well equipped bathroom. Location is other great advantage of this apartment. It is situated in the small and quiet side street so the place is calm during the night. The neighbourhood is safe so it’s ok returning in late hours. Sand beach is 5 minutes walking, 2 supermarkets and one of the best seafood restaurant Enhorabona as well. There is an elevator. And maybe the biggest plus was kind and supportive owner Luca who helped us on arrival day and late evening when the electricity went off because of running many electrical devices…

When using washing machine only another one big electro device can be used - for example AC. otherwise you need to go down and bring the electric breaker back up. So it’s good to plan the washing routine a bit. Otherwise you can use all 3 AC or almost whatever you want. And it’s useful because the flat is under the roof. The smallest room might have difficulties with fresh air ( there is no window)however the third person can also sleep in the living room. The other rooms have enough fresh air. There are even mosquito nets in the window.

Il proprietario di casa è stato gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. La sala è ampia e comoda, in casa ci sono tutte le comodità, asciugamani, lavatrice, wifi, smart TV, stendino e parcheggio privato (a pagamento ma prezzi onesti). In 20 minuti si arriva in centro tramite una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare.

Il letto era un matrimoniale francese e risultava un po' piccolo per noi. La seconda stanza è piccolina ma ha l'aria condizionata. Meglio x2 che x3
