Great location. We contacted the owner on WhatsApp for the exact location and key code. She replied in 2 minutes. Beautiful nature and great views.

Todos los detalles en cuanto a artículos de aseo, pantuflas de casa desechables, café de capsulas gratuito, etc. El estudio está decorado con mucho gusto, el espacio está muy bien aprovechado para 2 adultos y un niño. La dueña es muy amable, respondía enseguida a los mensajes y nos postergó incluso la confirmación de nuestra reserva cuando uno de mis hijos se enfermó y nos sabíamos si podíamos ir.
Todo perfecto.

Nous avons passé la nuit du 24 et 25 décembre dans se studio très fonctionnel. L’emplacement est top pour aller faire du ski.
La literie est à revoir mais pour le prix de la nuit ça reste correct.

Il locale è l’attrezzatura
Ho soggiornato in questa struttura recentemente e purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva.
Avevo richiesto e pagato un check-out tardivo, proprio perché avevo necessità di lavorare alcune ore in tranquillità prima di partire. Tuttavia, nonostante questo accordo, mi è stato chiesto di lasciare l’appartamento prima delle 12, con la motivazione che il check-out tardivo non risultava possibile.
Questa situazione mi ha creato un disagio concreto, impedendomi di svolgere il mio lavoro come previsto. Ciò che ho trovato particolarmente spiacevole, però, è stato il modo in cui è stata gestita la cosa: mentre mi preparavo ad uscire, c’era una persona ad attendere fuori dalla porta affinché lasciassi immediatamente le chiavi.
Al di là dell’aspetto economico, che resta comunque scorretto, è stata proprio la mancanza di attenzione e rispetto verso il cliente a rendere l’esperienza negativa.
Consiglio maggiore chiarezza nella gestione dei servizi offerti e una comunicazione più attenta nei confronti degli ospiti.
