La modernité et la propreté de l'appartement. Tout est poussé au détail près, avec de la lessive pour la machine à laver, les pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, les dossettes de café... tout est beau et parfait. On se gare dans le lotissement très facilement. À pied, à 10 minutes du CONAD pour les courses et à 15 minutes de la plage et des restaurants.

Nowe budownictwo, nowoczesny apartament z bardzo ładną aranżacją wnętrza. Czysto, schludnie i wszystko zgodne z opisem oraz zdjęciami. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem przez WhatsAppa oraz dokładne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania i pobytu. Miłym gestem było wino na powitanie oraz kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy. Apartament znajduje się w spokojnej i cichej okolicy, co pozwalało naprawdę odpocząć — na szczęście nie było słychać głośno skrzeczących pawi, które w Punta Marina potrafią być uciążliwe.
Brak czajnika, brak odkurzacza. Dodatkowo, trzeba też mieć świadomość, że jest to zabudowa szeregowa i przy głośniejszych sąsiadach bywa słychać odgłosy zza ściany. Jednej nocy trafiliśmy niestety na dość głośną imprezę obok i było mało przyjemnie.
