The location is excellent. A short walk to the breakfast at Oscars which was great as well as to the stops to catch the shuttle to the park. Close to some nice restaurants as well. Easy and good communication. It's a self check in, so it's easy to come and go.

The owners were very responsive to our questions! The location is also amazing, very close to the park! Lastly, love the hookup they have with Oscar's cafe!
I do prefer a hard mattress so that's a personal preference and nothing against the inn.

Comfortable chairs for reading with good lighting. Historic character. Location close to Zion main entrance.
The layout for the three "bedrooms" and one bathroom is problematic. "Bedrooms" have no doors with the spaces opening onto flow areas. The bathroom is entered through noisy sliding doors that face one of the beds. The bathroom light shines through a smoky glass wall onto another bed area. The bathroom walls and doors are late additions to the house that could have been better thought out. The upshot is that bathroom use while people are sleeping is disruptive. The space is fine for a couple, perhaps with small children, but not for adults who don't share a bed.
