The apartment is in a great location, close to underground station, many shops and restaurants nearby. The view is beautiful. The apartment is very spacious, big bedrooms and bathrooms and most of the essentials are provided.
the key pickup/drop off is inconvenient as it is 10-12 minutes away from the apartment. unfortunately the apartment lacks maintenance (curtains ripped off the rails, hot water tap was not working in one bathroom, the dishwasher was broken), it is a pity because the apartment is nice.

They ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper. So I had to go and buy those items. The price is also pretty high.
