The apartment is conveniently located and had a well stocked kitchen (coffee/tea, salt, pots and pans). Patrick was very responsive and helped with a flexible check in. The filtered water and gym access were also very appreciated.
We stayed over a weekend and the venues nearby were quite loud/went late into the night, but it might have been a one off event.

Location is perfect. Restaurants right downstairs, bars and clubs walking distance away. Patrick was a great host and accommodated an early check in and late check out
There is a balcony of sorts on both the living room and bedroom, but they are too small to even fit a chair on. Great for getting some air flow and view though! Also, the curtains didnt fully open, which is a shame because the view from the apartment is excellent!

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. The host was welcoming and went over and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. Also, the apartment is located close to restaurants and the especially the Westlands shopping access.

Stayed here for 7 nights and had a great experience throughout. The owner was very helpful and friendly during the entire stay. All the in-house amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, toiletries, water dispenser, and smart TV, functioned perfectly. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of eateries and supermarkets nearby.
So far so good :)
