The pool was the real highlight! We spent many happy hours in there and the children in particular loved it. The views were wonderful, and could be enjoyed from many of the rooms and out on the terrace. It was very spacious; there was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. The local area was nice to explore (Bonsecours and Rouen). The host was very responsive, both before and during our stay.

The property is showing signs of wear and damage, e.g. broken hob, skirting board off wall, general dents/scratches. It was not as clean as I would expect, especially for the price; we had to clean all kitchen equipment before we used it and lots of areas were a bit grubby. We experienced a ticking noise in the downstairs room, which had also affected the previous occupant. It couldn't be heard with the door closed but it made the room unusable, though this was not a big deal for us.

Pool was fantastic, property was very comfortable for our family

Upstairs shower/bath drain was stopped - unusable.
