It's comparatively cheap, and in an excellent location: it's not in the city centre but the fast and efficient metro is only five minutes walk away; all the necessary shops are available nearby. It's comfortable.
A few more cooking & eating utensils would be nice: a second saucepan and some table knives. Nothing we couldn't do without, though.

Appartement très bien, situé proche de tout, très calme.
Pour être honnête, il faudrait prévenir les clients qu’il y a cet étage à monter sans ascenseur. Cela peut poser des problèmes pour des gens à mobilité réduite et à aucun moment dans l’annonce, c’est stipulé que c’est au septième.

La porte d'entrée ne s'ouvrait pas. J'ai dû demander au magasin d'à côté de m'ouvrir.
Par chance il était 18h50 et il était toujours ouvert :(
Je n'ai pas réussi à me connecter à Internet, ni à trouver la source pour regarder la tv.
