Le Foyer Flats Sudamerica Rooms

The room was lovely and spacious, as was the ensuite bathroom. The bed was really comfortable too. The location was great too. Anywhere near Plaza de Armas is good. Great spot for a short Arequipa stay. Their main hotel, Le Foyer Arequipa, was also really lovely and looked like an awesome place to stay with a bit more going on than just the flats. I messaged the accommodation on Whatsapp to ask if we could store our luggage before checkin as we were on a night bus and we were directed to Le Foyer where we were invited to sit wherever and use their tea/coffee and were even offered a shower with free towels.

The flats have one section of one of the floors of a high rise building. I wasn't aware so was a bit confused. The building and entry foyer isn't very nice but the Le Foyer Flats area is nice.

Location was great, very close to the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa. The flat is beautifully decorated and well equiped.

The rooms are not well insulated and you hear in other rooms or the corridor easily. If people are leaving or entering the flat when you are sleeping, it’s easy to wake up. The fact that there is not a storage place in the flat it’s not ideal, even though the company provides another place in the city.

Emplacement parfait, appartement propre et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Ils nous ont gardé nos affaires pendant notre excursion, hôte disponible et réactif.

Un peu bruyant, pas de double vitrage comme partout au Perou visiblement, les voisins ont fait une fete qui nous a réveillés en pleine nuit, l’hôte a rapidement fait le nécessaire pour faire arrêter la musique.

Im Bad des Zimmers 1 und auch Zimmer 2 stinkt es erbärmlich aus den Abflüssen. Das Bad kann fast nur mit Luftanhalten betreten werden ohne sich zu übergeben. Das Personal schickte eine Putzfrau vorbei, aber löst das Problem nicht. Bei einem zweiten Besuch stellte ich fest, dass auch ein anderers Bad diesen Gestank hat.
