Andrea took to me to the apartment from reception.

Without Andrea there is no way I would have found my way inside the apartment. It is just too complicated. There needs to be someone on site to help. The internet signal in the apartment was too weak.

I stayed for two weeks and unfortunately, the apartment wasn't ready for such a stay. The bed frame was literally broken, and even after the intervention of the "technician," it remained extremely uncomfortable and unstable. The apartment wasn't properly clean — customer care was kind enough to send someone to take care of it, but it still needs a deep cleaning, especially in the kitchen. The WiFi didn't work, and there is no dishwasher, even though it is listed in the description. Also, I found the check-in process inconvenient: having to go to a different location to pick up a digital key (!) with all the luggage was totally unnecessary discomfort. Lastly, be aware that they don’t accept card payments for the local tax. The apartment does have potential due to its location and layout, but at the moment, it does not justify the price. The issues mentioned above really need to be addressed first.
