Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Veerse Meer, dadurch hat man Natur pur direkt von der Terrasse aus und die absolute Ruhe und Erholung. Außerdem fanden wir die Lage super, es sind mit dem Auto kurze Wege zum Strand oder zum einkaufen. ( Aldi und Albert Heijn) Die Küche und der Wohnbereich waren sehr gemütlich und modern mit bodentiefen Fenstern.
Wie vorher schon erwähnt wurde, irritiert die Raumaufteilung etwas. Man geht vom Schlafzimmer im Parterre auf die Terrasse und hat den offenen Wohn und Küchen Bereich im 1. Stock. Durch die steile Treppe trägt man da nicht mal eben so alles zum Frühstück oder Abendessen runter auf die Terrasse.

Die Lage direkt am Versemeer.
Dass das Schlafzimmer zur Terrasse im EG lag und die Küche im 1.OG war, so musste man mit dem Geschirr und dem Essen immer die steile Treppe hinunter durchs Schlafzimmer, um auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken oder zu essen. Der Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn ist sehr schmal.
