Il Poggio is an amazing B&B, especially for animal lovers! Situated just off the centre of town, down a hill, it is quiet with a grand view of the mountainous environment just on the border of San Marino. Staying true to the term 'Bed and breakfast', you'll be treated with a tasty sweet breakfast every day and greeted by the lovely cats and dogs that the owners have adopted. For animal lovers: there are also chickens and rabbits on the premises.

There isn't much that we didn't like. Only the road to the B&B is not for the weak, as it is a steep downhill road with a lot of curves. Typical of San Marino, but if you don't feel comfortable going down steep hills, you might want to keep this in mind.

Très bien situé. On a une très belle vue à partir du jardin. Une table dans le jardin permet de picniquer. La chatellainie de Montegiardino, où se trouve l'établissement, a une jolie église et un centre médiéval. La capitale de la République de Saint Marin reste accessible en environ 15 minutes en voiture. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et abondant. L'hôte est sympathique et répond facilement à toutes nos questions.
