Lupama Suite

The bed was very comfortable and location allowed easy walking to the sea and town. The unit was very well equipped. Communication with Victor was difficult due, I suspect, to his English but he did try.

The check-in process was painful due to no clear explanation of how to initially park the car in the allocated space which needs a fob and gain access through the front door. We were kept waiting for an additional hour and couldn't check in until 5pm. We needed to wash the floor as grubby when we arrived, which possibly was due to the lateness of the cleaner who was probably under pressure. No sunbeds supplied for the massive roof/pool area. Other than the lounge area, there was little natural light. There were no helpful instructions in the apartment for basics like rubbish disposal etc and having been let in and given keys by the cleaner (no English) we were on our own a little to start with.
