I like how the staff easy to talk through text messages and already prepared the guidelines on where to pickup the key and when checkout without having to talk directly Infront personally, it is great for introvert like me.
Location was good without much traffic noises at night.
And the homestay was spacious for its prices, definitely a great deal since can use the swimming pool and gym facilities.
Since the parking is free, sometimes is hard to find good parking spot if got any event at the building. Other than that nothing.

Even though it's near the main road, you'll not hear the sound of noising car.
