The room was very clean,
Had a family dispute which put me in a very vulnerable position, the staff were absolutely amazing and dealt with the situation very professionally, the staff were very accommodating and hospitable and put every effort in to looking after us like we were their family ☺️
The beds are a bit too firm for me

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The decor was outdated throughout the hotel, the room was spacious however the appliances were old and didn’t work properly.
