Studio Coco'B, 4p, A/C, Wi-Fi, beach 500m, parking

It was very well prepared with the beds and nice and modern.

The property IS NOT BEACHFRONT!! This is a lie and a false presented detail. It’s around 8 min away from beach We experienced very bad smell from the air conditioning: came canal smell and we had to leave earlier as planned. Initally was smelling very bad as smoke from outside, but we were neither able to use the aircon. It was as in a sauna.. The bad has no drainage for the water and it will be a small lake after shower. They‘ve agreed to leave earlier and refund us the last night, and they‘ve send just 16€ back from 293€ paid for 3 nights…a joke!! Booking customer service needs 100 calls to solve something and Carole (the owner of the apoartment or the one taking care of reservations) seems nice and open to help, but seems I was just talking to the walls…great duo! It depends on each what each is looking for..if you want something cheap could be an option where you can make some compromises, but I‘ve choosen it because has great photos and seemed very clean. The reality was a bit different and I won‘t book again. I‘ve booked a hotel room, cheaper and closer to the beach where I had no stress..
