Apartament czysty i przygotowany. Personel kontaktowy i zawsze odpowiadał na pytania. Nic nam nie brakowało

An apartment spacious enough for a group of five. It features two toilets, a shower, three separate bedrooms -one with a balcony-, and a kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils (making it convenient to prepare meals). The apartment is on the fourth floor, but the building has an elevator, making it easy to access—even with suitcases.
The host was responsive; when we arrived at the apartment, we called, and he arrived within a few minutes to hand over the keys. Unfortunately, communication was difficult because we couldn't communicate in English at all, and his Russian was very poor as well. In the kitchen, there was only a dishwashing sponge but no dishwashing liquid. The shower gel had run out; there were only empty, dirty bottles left. The cleanliness of the shower area itself could also have been better.
