Property is really quite and nice , it’s not that far from the city , we loved the place

Spacious ans location is off beat

Facilities are missing . No cooking facility no stove

The Room size, its decor and amenities with cleanliness.

The problem to communicate in Hindi/English by the manager of the hotel/supporting staff, as they are only comfortable in local language, which is a little difficult for non Malayali speaking tourists and the location was not prominent, so cab/auto drivers are not easily willing to come to this place from Airport. So, be ready to spend a little more to get the Cab/Auto booked for the location. If you are coming by your own car, the connecting road toward the property is a little muddy (as it is not a concrete/bitumen road) so if it rains, chances are there that your car with smaller wheelbase may stuck in the muddy road and after dark this area around the property is not at all looks very safe, so do not plan for outside visit after the late evening hours. However, the property itself is well maintained and properly secured with complete barricade wall and ample parking area and large and clean rooms and above all the price is really cheap for such a wonderful property.
