**Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**
We had a wonderful stay at Messinian View during our leisure trip to Kalamata in October.
The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Giannis, who was always available and happy to assist with anything we might need. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, easy and informative.
The property also makes great use of modern technology, offering convenient room access without the usual hassle of traditional key cards.
Our room was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views made our stay even more enjoyable.
Although there is no dedicated breakfast area, the room was thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a convenient and perfectly adequate breakfast.
Overall, an excellent experience combining comfort, cleanliness, modern facilities and outstanding hospitality.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Messinian View to anyone visiting Kalamata !!
The only thing missing was a dedicated breakfast space where breakfast could be served outside the room. Had this been available, our stay would have been an absolute 10/10 !!

Wonderful stay at Messinian View with our 6-month-old baby! John, the owner, was warm, caring and dedicated – he took care of everything for us. Spotless apartment, stunning sea view, quiet spot in Verga near Kalamata. Warmly recommended to anyone visiting Kalamata/Verga. Thank you, John!
