The place was beautiful.
And a very very nice location
The bed was extremely uncomfortable.There was like a hole in the middle of it that you fell in almost like there were no springs in the mattress. Once you got in the bed, you couldn't get out. And you were in such a bad position that we both woke up with sore backs in the morning.

Very cute and everything you could think of needing was there for you! We ran out of propane for heat and host was over very quickly to exchange! Very responsive to all questions! Bed was very comfortable! Coffee was yummy!
Shower only stayed warm for about a minute! Don’t make the mistake of leaving the hot tub on (we didn’t even pay attention when we got there it was on) and it was too hot to use (our fault). On a “busier” road and takes time to get to driving. But we felt a little safer on the road since the tent does not has the option to lock the zippers!

This is more than an overnight, it’s an experience in itself. The bed was comfortable. Coffee setup was great. The stock tank hot tub was off the chain. A really romantic retreat in the woods. We would like to come back when we can stay longer.
I hate to mention this because it can’t be changed. It actually adds to the feeling of being “away”. We weren’t prepared for the small, twisty road up to the camp. We were thankful it was paved. A little scary when we couldn’t see around corners or at the top of hills. We live in the low country, so it’s us. We decided to go get beer and food and bring it back because we couldn’t handle the road at night. (If you live above sea level, probably a non-issue)

It was beautiful. Extremely clean and hosts had foreseen every possible need in advance.
The weather. Lol. It was a hard cold rain but tent was warm, dry and cosy. Would have liked to enjoy the outside amenities but mother nature decided otherwise. Hosts made it bearable and even romantic
