Very nice location in Kensington. Very clean location, new and renovated.
The pictures on the Booking website are from another apartment from the building , probably the penthouse. They portray a big terrace, a jacuzzi, but in reality the 2 bedroom apartment has none of these. So a good idea would be to separate the pictures from the penthouse and the pictures from the other apartments, as they are misleading.

Property was great. Very well run.
Light switches very confusing. Turning off lights needn’t be something that takes minutes. Really a couple of switches is adequate, simple too. Also the loo seat was really naff. With the wash function and heating etc. Less is more.

The location and neighbourhood is really nice.
The cleanliness of the property is really bad. The first day we arrived the apartment was so dirty. Floors and table surfaces were stained. The water in the bathtub doesn’t drain out quickly 🤢 which of course made our decision clear of not using it for shower. However we found the housekeeping service horrible, honestly even the young lady who cleans was not very nice.
