Suite10: Lots of space, modern. Beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in in 22 years of traveling to Europe. Plenty of TVs. Great location, tube station a short walk. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Several close grocery stores, museums within walking distance.
8 night stay: not enough cleaning supplies, only two dishwasher tabs, and one trash bag. Wobbly dining room chair leg. Microwave, bottom drawer of freezer were dirty. Electric kettle rusty and unusable. Automation controls not marked, making turning lights on/off and opening/closing curtains a challenge.

The apartment was clean, well refurnished, brand new, big enough for a family of four, very quiet and 5 min walk from Earl’s Court station.
The host is super nice and responsive. We had a few minor issues like we didn’t know how to put the heating on and he came right away and showed us how to manage it.

Safe neighborhood
1 - Pre-checkin I asked for the sofa bed to be set up. Upon arrival, it was not set up.
2 - The hot water for shower is only warm, and it turns cold at times.
3 - There's no deadbolt on the main door. Given that access is via a 4-digit code, it doesn't feel safe that anyone who knows the code would be able to get in while I am sleeping. I strongly recommend installing deadbolts to make your guests feel safe while they are inside. Due to this concern, I did not have a good sleep in the night.
