Apartamento Alvorférias

Clean ,comfortable-good location

We could not locate the Wi-Fi instructions. we don’t usually have a problem doing this. Nobody answered when we texted owner for help with accessing the Wi-Fi. We needed it to. print out our boarding passes. so this was not satisfactory.

Cute apartment, very well located and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay there again and would recommend.

The whole apartment was very spacious and all the facilities were near by

The location was good, it's close to the city center and not too far from the beaches. Apartment had almost everything you need for a short stay.

Bed is really uncomfortable. I like hard mattress but the one in apartment was way too hard to sleep on. In the bathroom was no shower gel and the towels were smelly, not well dried and left for the guests. The other thing I thought really unnecessary and pushy is leaving tips for cleaning staff. It should be totally optionally and up to the guest to leave a tip or not which I wouldn't mind at all if it was underother circumstances. After doing the cleaning (organising all the dishes and taking out the trash) it had a reminder to leave a treat for the cleaners and even on the email which was sent before the check out. Sofa in the living room was not comfortable either and all the apartment should have a little investment and some changes.
