Its in a convenient location ONLY if you want something close to the airport, which is a 15 minute walk away, it is further away from the runway so the planes coming and going are not noticeable. The room is very spacious and has a little dining table and a balcony so you'll have plenty of space for all your activities in here.
The interior courtyard is cute.
This area of the city is not the cutest, the closest beach has a toll gate and there's a giant walled off compound right in front so you have to walk sideways for a couple of blocks to reach anything. There's a big abandoned lot right in front of the balcony so the view is not great.

Little extras like tea, coffee, hairdryer and shower gel were a nice touch for the price we paid.

Ot is near from the airport, but it not just 300m, because to get there you need to go by walkside, not throw another's property and walls))))
So it takes 15min and probably around 1km.
Keep your way like in google map (throw the many streetlights, 7-11, then street up and then left. And ask the host meet you because there is no nomber on the building(

Bliskość hotelu do lotniska, na pieszo kilka minut. Łazienka w pokoju i klimatyzacja.
W pokoju nie było zbyt czysto. Mam wrażenie że została wymieniona tylko pościel, na której i tak były widoczne plamy. Stolik był klejący od wylanych płynów, toaleta również nie została umyta.
