Constructive Criticism - The house needs a internal fan because being Winter there was no open windows and damp on one wall - if not for this my score would of been a 10!!!

Parking facile au coin de la rue. La grandeur de l'appartement sa propreté et son silence. Magnifique .....
Les courriels sont exclusivement en anglais, ce qui n'est pas toujours facile à décrypter . Beaucoup trop d'informations et au final on ne sait plus ce qui est utile ou pas ! A la fin ,on ne sait plus comment récupérer les clés !!!
Très difficile de trouver l'appartement alors qu'il est face à nous. C'est une ancienne loge commerciale au pied d'un immeuble dont le n° est presque invisible. Il serait très bien d'apposer sur les vitrines ou la porte Guestready. pour sortir de l'anonymat . Un effort devrait être fait pour envoyer des mails dans la langue du client.
