    So many problems within the hotel room even after being given a second choice the area is like a down town slum area the beach is disgusting the road in towards the hotel is dangerous and unsuitable for anyone with a walking disability the pavements are unsafe and are cluttered with rubbish broken uneven flags or cobbles stuck up kirbs missing hence tripping all the while Staff at hotel ( mainly Irene i dealt with was so lovely and understanding with all of my requests and was happy to help with all the issues I was having but none would be rectified I have submitted a formal complaint regarding the rating of this hotel ( had loely clean comfortable bed but that's about it and due to noisy old aircon unit I hardly got any sleep because of the racket it made also very little cool ate came out So this coupled with many other disappointing factors about the hotel its area and the state of the incomming road the pavements the beach ( and they have the cheek to charge 100 peso ( not a lot I know ) but where do they spend all that money on for every person adults and children alike being hargedbfornentering their private road its beyond me because it's certainly not spent on cleaning the place up for sure never ever would I recommend this place to stay I travelled over 4hrs to get here just for a day and 1 overnight stay leaving Makati at 3.30am to arrive before morning traffic gridlocks so it was t an option for me to leave even though I arrived just before 8am I wouldn't Check in till 15.00 or just before so I occupied myself at another place that had a pool and got breakfast and lunch there which was very nice so I couldn't of travelled back once checked in am seen the state of the facilities of the hotel room and the la k of any fridge space couldn't keep drinks cool couldn't buy milk for cups of tea not I brought my own good job too nothing was in the room no water to drink Shower tricked out no hot water for shower or wash sink tap wobbly sink slimy yellowish mould all over back grouting and more issues after that the chair leg fell off also mosquito frame from window came off its rails very very disappointed and a waste of my time travelling there to be so disappointed I left by just after am to head back so couldn't even stay for half day before returning because i had completely had enough
