Buena ubicación, casa cómoda y fresca por el aire acondicionado
La terraza en verano solo se puede disfrutar por la noche, cuando no le da el sol, es imposible estar durante el día. El estado del menaje tanto interior como exterior está bastante deteriorado para el precio del establecimiento. Las exigencias de un vecino en concreto son excesivas
