Super lokalizacja jeśli ktoś chce mieć dość łatwy parking na ulicy za darmo, ok. 15min piechotą do centrum nie jest dla niego wyzwaniem i najlepsze kanapki kubańskie tuż za rogiem! Cudowny ogród z tyłu domu.
Słychać było sąsiadów na 1 piętrze, szczególnie nad ranem.
