Comfy, clean, free parking on the street, nice view from the window and free bikes
Bad smell in bathroom coming from the pipes.

The location was good, very close to the beach but a little far from the centre (30')
Free bikes have been very useful, especially to get to the centre of Porec and to save time getting to the beach.
The bedroom was very big and the kitchen was well equipped
Parking spots under the apartment.
There is no staff, as we had to self check in.
The bathroom had a terrible smell of sewer coming up from the toilet. It was almost unbereable and during night we had to shut the door.
The bed was one of the most uncomfortable we've ever slept on.
Given the bedroom, the position, the services, the price requested was absolutely not worth it
