Ruhig gelegen Ferienwohnung,netter telefonischer Kontakt.Gute Ausstattung,es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht.

Gute und ruhige Unterkunft in Zinnowitz
Ruhige Unterkunft weg vom Trubel. FW war mit fast allem ausgestattet was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein netter Willkommensgruß mit Mineralwasser und Snacks hat mir gefallen. Es gibt für jede Wohnung einen Fahrradabstellraum und einen kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Im gepflegten Außenbereich sind Tische und Stühle mit einem Grill und einer extra Grillhütte ( war verschlossen ) vorhanden.
Schlüsselabholung in 10 km Entfernung, keine persönliche Einweisung am Objekt. Sehr unfreundlicher telefonischer Kontakt der Objektverwaltung vor ab. Kurtaxe mittlerweile über 4€ am Tag. Souterrain Unterkunft ist bei Hitze sicher gut und kühl, ich fand es ungewohnt mit dem Blick direkt auf Rasen oder Beete. Wlan in Wohnung 5 sehr unstabil , soll sich in den nächsten Monaten wohl verbessern. Die Betten benötigen auf jeden Fall richtige Matratzen. Eine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen hat mir gefehlt.

Liebevolle eingerichtete FeWo 3, alles vorhanden . Bis zum Zentrum ca. 10 min zu Fuß, also machbar! Preis-Leistung total super!
Für ein Wochenende ausreichend für 3 Erwachsene, aber für längeren Urlaub zu klein und im Souterrain. 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht, 1 davon aber leider Durchgangszimmer.
