Villa Soele - Salento Selection

Magnifique propriété qui en met plein les yeux quand on arrive. Beaucoup d'espace. Maison en pleine campagne mais à 10 min de toutes commodités..

Le manque de chauffage pour un mois de mars. On nous a demandé de chauffer avec la climatisation réversible. Cela est bien insuffisant avec une t°à 12°dehors et de la pluie. Nous avons pu avoir chaud dans la cuisine mais au détriment de l' éclairage : baisse de tension Salle de bain à peine à 14.7°et il manque une porte à la douche. On pourrait proposer un chauffage d' appoint. Risque de dégradation dû a l'humidité de cette magnifique maison. Que des grandes casseroles et manque quelques accessoires de cuisine (louche..) Venez en été vous y serez très bien

La casa enorme, 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Camas comodas, cocina moderna y con todo lo necesario, salon enorme. Bonita decoracion, 4 terrazas . Jardin muy bien cuidado. No le faltaba de nada a la casa. El arbol con la hamaca era un lujo

Hacia calor pero tenia aire acondicionado. Todo espectacular

The villa is marked on Booking.com maps at the location of a sports field, but in reality, it's located less than a kilometer away, to the north, on the left side of the road. The villa is situated on a large plot surrounded by a high fence and hedges, providing complete privacy throughout the entire area surrounding the building. The interior of the villa looks exactly as shown in the attached photos. It's truly spacious and very comfortable (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a second smaller living area, a kitchen with a dining area, a small utility room with a washing machine, and 4 terraces facing all directions). It's designed for 6 people but can ultimately accommodate 7-8 (two people can sleep on sofas in the living room). It has a large, very well-equipped kitchen and an additional room with a washing machine. The villa is very well-maintained and clean. Outside, there isn't as much greenery as shown in the photos. There are palms and small palms, a dozen or so trees, plenty of bushes, and a lush hedge behind the building, but unfortunately, all the lawns are dry. Before our arrival, the dry, tall grass in most of the area had been mown. There are four air conditioners throughout the building, providing comfortable coolness even on very hot days. Most windows have electric blinds controlled by switches. In the morning hours (around 5-7 AM), there's a voltage drop in the power supply, and the air conditioners sometimes turn off (eventually, the circuit breaker in the electrical panel trips). Fast internet is available in all building. During our stay, we had very good contact with Marco, who manages the property. Marco quickly responded to our messages via WhatsApp (arranging key handover times, helping us find the electrical panel, etc.). The nearest shops are a few minutes' drive away in Mesagne. A larger shop is a big shopping center northeast of Mesagne (a dozen minutes by car).

There was nothing that significantly detracted from our overall positive impression of the property. There were a few minor details worth mentioning, but they didn't impact on our general opinion: Despite the kitchen being well-equipped, it lacked a cutting board. Even after we requested one, unfortunately, no one brought it to us for the rest of our stay. The lawns were dry. There was a clogged sink in one of the bathrooms and a broken toilet seat in one of the two bathrooms. We couldn't get the TV in the living room to work (the remote wasn't functioning). Also, there was no 230VAC extension cord or adapter to plug in the hairdryer provided in the bathroom, as it had a different type of plug/socket.

Rymligt, luftigt och väl utrustat. Fräscht invändigt och hög kvalitet på allt. Stor inhägnad tomt som ger privacy.
