Το κατάλυμα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση, αντικατάσταση επίπλων, διακόσμηση για να δείχνει πιο σύγχρονο. Καθώς αποτελεί μία πολύ αξιόλογη κατοικία με πολύ ωραία θέα.

If you enjoy nature and rise above materials things, you may love this property. Outside, there are wonderful views down to the sea and across to the Argolid. Better still, these views are framed (and sometimes obscured) by a well-tended and delightful garden of many species of tree and flower, and an astonishing cactus. Inside, not so good. It’s a spacious single-storey property - with another above - that has plainly been someone’s (second?) home for many years. It’s evidently been put on the holiday rental market with very little attempt to renew it, or think about the needs of paying guests, or to cull the knickknackery. Yes, equipment is mostly present and working, but it’s worn by use. Outdated too; or are mauve bathroom fittings on trend in Greece? There are some omissions: a kettle and some tea mugs would please us Brits, and some sun loungers would be nice. The apartment seems a naturally cool place, and there is an aircon unit in the far corner of one of the three bedrooms.  I’m not sure this would keep the whole apartment cool at summer’s height. One other problem – which, sadly, the owner cannot remedy – is traffic noise. Although above road level, the property is still close to the main road. It isn’t very busy, but you will plainly hear the occasional grind of lorries and the selfish thunder of motorbikes. One final thought is that the apartment seems relatively cheap. Perhaps the owner has decided to keep the place as they like it and sacrifice some income. A reasonable choice, but it’s not a deal I would knowingly accept.
